Pleasant personality with good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
Computer literate in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Points)
Minimum Diploma in PSC or equivalent.
At least 4 years working experience in secretarial functions reporting to senior management personnel.
Experience in the aviation industry is an added advantage.
Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
Highly proficient in written and verbal business English language.
Able to handle pressure in meeting deadlines and to perform a variety of tasks.
Possess initiative, integrity, resourcefulness and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Fluent in both writing and oral communication in English & Bahasa Melayu is required
Confident, assertive and dependable (Able to work independently with minimum supervision)
