Provide secretarial and administrative support to Executive Director, screening and attending telephone communication and day to day administrative and operational matters including arrangement for appointments, conferences, meetings, travel and hotel reservation etc
Set up and maintain office files and keep correspondences and reports available for references
To undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required
Ability to work independently, innovatively and proactively
Ensuring efficient and effective coordination of the company's logistics and operational activities.
Perform diversified confidential secretarial duties and provide professional administrative support and assistance to the top management.
Preparing confidential reports and correspondences.
Required to look over the office management and coordination of office requirements and facilities
Prepare confidential correspondences, reports, minutes of meetings and other complex documents
Organising and maintaining proper filing system, arranging appointments, travel plan and any ad hoc task as assigned by COO
Organizing and attending meetings, and ensuring the CEO is well-prepared for meetings.
